Must have two 2 years of design experience with all of the following 1 2D and 3D Software, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Navisworks, eSpecs, Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; 2 Developing all design stages of large, complex projects; 3 Experience in retailfinancial services multisite program implementation; 4 Preparing construction documents for building contractors and administering construction contracts applying knowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirements; 5 Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams including external consultant and internal design and brand design teams; 6 Full project lifecycle, through postoccupancy; 7 Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures; AND 8 Participating in all aspects of design development sets in Revit. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Valid LEED Accreditation is required.
