Experience must include eighteen months of advising clients on strategic decisions through financial modeling, financial analysis, and valuations; performing valuation of intangible assets, including core deposits, trademark, trade name, customer relationships, workforce, internally developed software technologies, noncompete agreements, and above or belowmarket contracts; preparing fair value estimates, including goodwill and intangible asset impairment, business combinations, portfolio valuations of privatelyheld equity and debt investments, valuations of complex securities, and valuations of equity issued as management compensation; utilizing Excel, Pivot Tables, and Macros to provide valuation advisory services and opinions related to financials, including purchase price allocation and goodwill impairment, and taxation compliance; working with solution teams to develop benefits and costs analysis and to negotiate various deal structures with clients in the healthcare industry; using Tableau to develop financial and performance models, including fair market value models, to estimate associated risks, facilitate the deal structure process, and track solution performance; conducting industry research using Capital IQ for clients in the healthcare industry, including analyzing and monitoring member experience improvements and performance, and business metrics to propose new business metrics that track and monitor member experience performance; conducting financial analysis, translating this analysis into comprehensive userfriendly presentation materials using PowerPoint to illustrate financial impacts and improvements in member experience; performing sophisticated valuation analysis including discounted cash flow analysis, accretiondilution analysis, sum of the parts analysis, carveout analysis, comparable company analysis and precedent transactions analysis for the valuation of public and privately held companies in U.S. and international markets for the purpose of MA and capital raising transactions; and utilizing capital markets resources for valuations and market analysis, including Capital IQ, Thomson Research, Thomson Mergers Acquisitions, Bloomberg, MergerMarket, SNL Financial, and FactSet, and writing transaction marketing materials teaser, confidential information memoranda, management presentations and client presentations.
