EXPERIENCE MAY BE GAINED CONCURRENTLY.br br BUSINESS NECESSITY STATEMENT The Press Supervisor position requires two 2 years of experience with basic computer literacy because the Press Supervisor is responsible for generating production reports, analysis, email communication, creating purchase requisitions, reviewing PDF drawings in parts manuals. The Press Supervisor position requires two 2 years of supervision experience in ceramic tile production because as a Press Supervisor, requires management of the ceramic press department, delegation of resources and prioritizes needs for the department. The Press Supervisor position requires two 2 years of experience with communication skills because there is need to communicate production needs to the press department, reviewing quality control issues with other production supervisors, and coaching team on performance. The Press Supervisor position requires two 2 years of experience with organizational skills because this position is responsible for inventory management, delegation of duties, prioritization of projects and production specifications. The Press Supervisor position requires two 2 years of experience with organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data because this position requires completion of production reports and being able speak to the production performance. The Press Supervisor position requires two 2 years of experience with math because the Press Supervisor needs to understand production line rates and efficiencies, thickness and tile size measurements.
