Qualified applicants have a Bachelor of science degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 5 years of experience with quality management, product, and RD within the semiconductor industry. Must possess 5 years of experience with Leading, managing and coordinating management review meetings from a manufacturing site; managing, leading and coordinating internal, customer and certification body audits including managing, leading, coordinating and participating in the final release and approval of corrective actions responses to findings from these audits; managing, leading and coordinating the change management process including major and minor changes, customer communication and requirements fulfillment, documentation, records and data control; interpretation and implementation of the automotive standard ISOTS 16949, and automotive core tools APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP or SPC, the ISO 9001 standard, electronic industry citizenship coalition EICC, and lean process improvement tools; interpretation and implementation of major automotive customers global supplier quality manuals such as Continental, General Motors, or Kimball; project management for quality improvements; part specification drawings interpretation to the ASME Y14.5 geometric dimensioning and tolerancing standard; and semiconductor assembly processes including product and process failure points and critical features control and testing.Must possess 3 years of experience with quality engineering and process management; interpretation and implementation of the AS9100 aerospace standard and verband DER automobilindustrie 6.3 process audits; SAP and CAMSTAR software including its implementation and data integrity maintenance. Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite software including Project, Visio, Excel, Word, Outlook, Onenote access and Powerpoint and sharepoint; writing and developing process flow diagrams, process failure mode and effects analysis, process control plans, out of control action plans, operation procedures, training documents and training session presentations; automotive quality concepts and requirements such as 5S, KAIZEN, KANBAN, GEMBA, PDCA, KPI, or JIT. Employer will accept a threeyear degree or combination of degrees as meeting the Bachelors degree requirement.
