Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and four 4 years of experience in business analysis, Agile, Scrum, software quality testing, data migration, and continuous integration and continuous delivery. Prior experience must also include four 4 years of experience in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, test planning, scheduling, defect tracking, and reporting; three 3 years in the following tools and databases JIRA, TOAD, AS400, SQL, Oracle and DB2. Prior experience must also include performing feasibility studies for data migration, conducting proofs of concept, and finalizing the migration strategy; creating reusable data migration framework architecture to provide enterpriselevel solutions; handling data sets including millions of records; experience working with global teams and handling multiple stakeholders and vendors for project execution; developing database queries to validate encrypted data stored in databases that are not visible to the user; creating SQL queries in DB Viewer to fetch and analyze data so business rules can correctly calculate rates per relevant insurance laws for various states; preparing data mapping sheets per business requirements and using data analysis for migration of the data into the target system; performing the following per business requirements data visualization, predictive analysis, data cleansing, data modelling, data preparation, and data migration; testing data postmigration in production to ensure all data has correctly migrated from the source system and all business rules are aligned with the relevant insurance laws; writing SalesForce SOQL queries; and SalesForce Service Cloud and CPQ.br br J.12 Mr. Narsa Reddy Yasa attained a Bachelor of Engineering Electrical and Electronics degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, Karnataka 590018, India.
