Position requiresbr 1 Experience with electrical designs, electrical controls, cabinet design, electrical machine safety design, electrical control systems design including PID controls proportional, integral, derivative, robotics, and, automation;br 2 Experience with controls application software tools, including Rockwell Automation Studio 5000, RSLogix5000, Rockwell Automation RSLogix500, Rockwell Automation RSLogix5, Rockwell Automation Factory Talk View SE site edition and ME machine edition historian, Siemens APT Application programming tool, Pilz PSS Win Pro, Schneider Electric Wonderware InTouch, and, Application Server ArchestrA HMI Human Machine Interface;br 3 Experience setting up industrial network communication using standard industrial communication protocols, including Profibus, Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, and Modbus, and application of industrial communication protocols to configure Emerson, Rockwell Kinetix, and IAI servo drives;br 4 Experience with objectoriented programming languages, including C, Python, Visual Basic, and database applications and programming, including SQL;br 5 Experience programming, integrating, and troubleshooting PLC Programmable Logic Controller, SCADA Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, and HMI Human Machine Interface using structured text, ladder logic, sequential function chart, and, functional block diagram languages as per IEC61139, and in a highspeed discrete manufacturing environment;br 6 Experience with industry standards, including IECISO 81346 industrial systems, installations and equipment, industrial productsstructuring principles, and reference designations, PackML Packaging Machine Language, and, ISAS95 Integration of Enterprise and Control Systems;br 7 Experience with technologies and tools used for integration of plant floor data with ERP Enterprise Resource Planning system, including VMWare vSphere Client, Workstation, Rockwell Automation Factory Talk View SE Historian, Wonderware Application Server, ArchestrA IDE integrated development environment, ThinManager Configuration, KepServer, Matrikon OPC server configuration, and, Telit deviceWISE IoT platform configuration;br 8 Experience performing concept analysis and justification of capital projects for future project development of a medium complexity;br 9 Experience multitasking and managing multiple projects independently or as a team lead related to machine controls and automation engineering and in a crossfunctional matrix team environment; and,br 10 Experience reviewing machine and process FMEA Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, and performing risk assessment, change request management, and project management in a highly regulated environment with strictly adherence to the quality.br br Some travel up to 10 may be required to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
