Must have at least a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Graphic Design or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience in digital graphic design. All stated experience must include at least 2 years of experience in each of the following creating concepts and visuals for a global brand, resulting in published work that reached at least 80 million viewers; designing motion graphics using After Effects across digital platforms; using the following design related software programs, or similar Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, prototype software, such as InVision or Proto.io, and Zeplin; and designing user interface for digital products, demonstrating adherence to specific platform standards and guidelines. Stated experience must also include experience in each of the following working on multiple concurrent projects while meeting tight deadlines; and articulating ideas and presentingdefending work to management and other crossfunctional teams, in a large group setting. Must also have a design portfolio demonstrating use of typography, color, scale and layout in order to create visual organization that helps viewers easily navigate and digest information.
