Overseeing the closeout process. Preparing final records such as RFIs, closeout records, warranties, asbuilts, operation and maintenance manuals, attic stock, and spare parts, and evaluating information to insure compliance with contract documents.br Supervising Engineering Assistants, Plan Clerks and Interns, including providing input on performance appraisals. Preparing scope of work documents for trades. Developing reports such as General Conditions Items, labor, safety, change order logs and quality control. Scheduling and managing subcontractor trade coordination meetings, preconstruction meetings and submittal review meetings. One 1 year as a Field Engineer performing the following job duties Performing line and grade work for building layout and control as required. Assisting in the implementation of the site safety program as required and ensure subcontractor compliance with safety standards and all applicable safety codes and regulations. Assisting in the maintenance of contract documents and electronic webbased documents for field operations. Assisting in the preparation of Daily Construction Reports DCRs. Reviewing all work as it is being placed to be sure it is accurate within accepted tolerances. Reviewing contract drawings, specifications and shop drawings to ensure proper coordination and installation.
