His degree has been evaluated by a credentials evaluation service as the foreign equivalent of a JD from an accredited university in the United States. While at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, he demonstrated academic excellence as evidenced by him being deemed an Ontario Graduate Scholar, and a Rotman Deans List and Bregman Scholar. He also served as the Assistant Editor, Legal Theory of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review.br br Additionally, the foreign national has been admitted to the New York State Bar since May 14, 2018. He possesses at least 18 months of experience as a Law ClerkAssociate practicing CorporateMergers Acquisitions. Specifically, he was employed by Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton Garrison LLP from September 11, 2017 through May 13, 2018 as a Law Clerk, Corporate Unassigned, from May 14, 2018 to February 3, 2019 as a Junior Associate, Corporate Unassigned, and from February 4, 2019 to November 10, 2020 as a Junior Associate, Mergers Acquisitions.
