UiPath operates in the highly competitive Robotic Process Automation software and technology industry. The Senior Director PS GTM Americas position is not entrylevel; it is an integral part of growing and maintaining our operations. To provide direction for UiPaths Engineering and Technical teams on what UiPath modules are most needed and desired by customers, and how the company can extend upon existing RPA systems to build these systems quickly and efficiently, heshe must be skilled inwith RPA business planning solution design and project management, RPA market forecast and pipeline management, software test automation solution design and delivery, QA planning and delivery, and automation tool evaluation. To collaborate with Business Consulting, Technical Services delivery, Customer Engagement, Portfolio Services, Delivery Ops, Business Ops, and other geobased Practice Leads to accelerate the delivery, adoption, consumption, and expansion of UiPaths RPA services, heshe must be skilled inwith the following five 5 skills RPA business planning solution design and project management, RPA market forecast and pipeline management, Software test automation solution design and delivery, QA planning and delivery, and Business analysis and budgeting. Heshe must be skilled inwith these same five 5 skills in order to determine staffing needs and attract talent and oversee mentoring and development to support the overall delivery and consulting needs of the Services organization. Likewise, heshe must be skilled inwith these same skills to supervise five senior managers to create business plans and monitor budgets. To identify potential offerings and work with the Portfolio team to integrate into UiPaths strategic roadmap, heshe must be skilled inwith RPA market forecast and pipeline management, software test automation solution design and delivery, and business analysis and budgeting. Without a theoretical background gained through at least a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or related, and at least 60 months of experience in Software Test Automation and RPA Robotic Process Automation Project Management, the applicant would not have the required handson, realworld experience and knowledge in RPA required for this role. Each required skill directly relates to the duties to be performed. The applications and systems used to perform the job are extremely complex and integral to the wellbeing of UiPath.
