Requires 4 years of experience with each of the following leading teams in determining test automation strategies, plans, and metrics; evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of testing design patterns, test automation tools and processes; planning, designing, and implementing testing strategies and automation for large and complex business systems; creatingmaintaining complex test data sets; and automated testing in areas such as unit, integration of APIs, UI, performance and scalability, security and data management. Requires 3 years of experience influencing multiple teams in implementation of test automation strategies while continuously promoting the adoption of new technologies, and coding design patterns for software automation.
