Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in quality including operational auditing in food manufacturing. Demonstrated understanding of commodity markets, source origin challenges and process control and quality assurance, as demonstrated by 5 years of experience in quality, including operational auditing in food manufacturing. Experience with, and indepth understanding of, the Global Food Safety Initiative, food safety including but not limited to HACCP, pest control, process minimum standards and the Food Safety Modernization Act FSMA, as demonstrated by certifications in GFSI, HACCP, FSPCA. Previous experience in managing, leading and developing dynamic work teams, as demonstrated by certification in Project Management. Must be certified in GFSI, HACCP, FSPCA, Project Management. Must be willing to travel 40 of the time to companys suppliers both national and international travel required.br br Note to H12 No box checked out of an abundance of caution due to uncertainty over meaning of normal for the occupation.
