Specific Skills

The five 5 years of experience required in Section H must be progressive postbaccalaureate experience in an engineering, computer science, or business administration position or related occupation. Experience must include two 2 years of experience, which may be concurrent, in all of the following 1 designing technical specifications based on business requirements provided and developing code based on the technical design specifications, performing initial code checkout, and communicating status to parties involved and documenting the developedchanged code; 2 improving and establishing development standards by developing across all key development tools available and assisting other analysts in increasing their knowledge of various technical tools. Identification and potential communication of new tools to meet business requirements; 3 troubleshoot production issues across business areas and across different technologies, and providing support of existing technical environment including production issue resolution alerts, tickets, requests from analysts and production outagesissues. Utilizing change management processes to implement resolutions; 4 producing technical documentation to turn over and provide support of project to functional analyst or Sr. AnalystExpert to be saved to appropriate location; and providing technical documentation and proposals for both technical and business analysts and any needed training; and 5 utilizing the following tools and technologies a Business processes in Oracle Application modules; b Relational databases; c PLSQL and SQL; d Linux scripts, JAVA, J2EE, JSON, JDeveloper, OAF, ADF, or other modern web based development tools; REST SOAP based web services. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Experience must have been acquired after completion of the Bachelors Degree program. Domestic travel required up to 5 of the time.
