Qualified applicants will possess a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Technology, Electrochemical Engineering or a closely related field and 2 years of industry experience in the manufacturing of aluminum electrolytic capacitors. Experience must include industrial segment for UPS, Drives, Wind Solar application for the North American Asian markets; aluminum electrolytic capacitor technology and designs; aluminum electrolytic capacitor materials including anode, cathode, and electrolyte; aluminum electrolytic capacitor process concepts including winding, impregnation, assembly, ageing, and tests; market and business analysis reports; coordinating projects with oversea factory in order to meet customer needs related to product quality and timing; providing technical training for aluminum capacitors to customers, workshop and seminars; providing technical support and marketing tools product presentation capacitor useful life tooling to sales representatives; communicating with global product management, design, and development teams; providing proposals to customers including data sheets, samples, and coordination; providing market and business analysis reports to management using advanced Excel and Power Point skills. Employer will accept 2 years of work experience for each year not completed toward the Bachelors degree. Up to 25 of domestic and international travel required.
