Must have 7 years of experience within design and perform inspection of wind blades and butterflyclamshell wind turbine blades; SAP nonconformance reports and deviation management; Rootcause analysis, including 8d and other problem causeeffect methodologies; Conducting technical audits of wind blades on nonconformance; Blade journal validation including curing cycles, thermography, andor demolding glass transitioning cycles; Knowledge of resins, hardeners, fiber glass, and their impact in structural modeling; and Performing field inspections, supplier inspections and audits.
