SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS MUST ALSO HAVE 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH EACH OF THE FOLLOWING 1 APPLYING KNOWLEDGE OF MAGNETIC FLUX LEAKAGE AND LIQUID AND GAS PIPELINE HYDRAULICS THEORIES TO THE SUCCESSFUL INSPECTION OF PIPELINES; 2 WORKING WITH OSHA, INDUSTRY, AND CUSTOMER SAFETY REGULATIONS AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS; 3 MENTORING AND TRAINING FIELD TECHNICIANS AND SUPERINTENDENTS; AND 4 ILI MECHANICAL AND ELECTRONIC TOOL BUILDING AND TESTING AND PERFORMING FIELD RUN DATA REPORTS VALIDATION.
