The position requires a Masters degree or foreign degree equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics and five 5 years of degree related experience in medical imaging. Alternatively, the position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics and eight 8 years of progressively responsible postbachelors degree related experience in medical imaging. The position also requires 5 years of experience with MR systems design; 3 years of experience using software tools for analysis and simulation such as MATLAB; 3 years of experience using problem solving techniques such as fishbone analysis, numerical simulation, analytic simulation, or laboratory experience. GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the US for this opening.
