Must have five 5 years of experience performing risk assessment of models based on models usage, reliance on the output, mathematical and operational complexity, financial, regulatory and reputational impacts; addressing all different audiences, from Senior Management Committees to individual employees, including experience communicating effectively to government regulators regarding model risk management; and experience distilling complex quantitative principles and communicating effectively to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management committees and individual employees; drafting documentation and reports for senior management and regulators; designing and implementing automation tools that make workflows more reliable and efficient; and risk, finance and regulatory aspects in a role that requires sufficient stature and influence to ensure that any issues are addressed in a timely and substantive manner.
