Must have a Juris Doctor degree or U.S.equivalent and must have admission to the New York State Bar. Must have at least four 4 years experience as an attorney practicing personal injury law in such areas as medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents and premises liability. Must have proven experience litigating Supreme Court cases for million dollar verdicts. Must have appellate court experience. Ability to hire and supervise paralegals and law clerks required.
