Specific Skills

Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. Successful completion of two exams from either the Associate of the Society of Actuaries ASA or Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society ACAS to demonstrate actuary background. Two years of data analytics experience in developing economic decisionmaking models for economic, financial, and risk evaluation scenarios. Experience must include strong programing in SAS, R or R studio, and python, evaluating complex datasets with more than 100 variables and 10 million records and performing risk simulation using time series and Monte Carlo methods, model back testing, and code version control.
