Bachelors or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus five years of cyber risk and regulatory compliance experience. Experience must include five years of designing and implementing identity and access management IAM solutions from leading IAM vendors including IBM, Ping, ForgeRock and Okta and integrating these IAM solutions with cloud and onpremise solutions; designing and implementing IAM solutions for web and mobile applications; developing secure and riskbased authentication mechanisms, including multifactor authentication, IPv4 authentication, and crossdomain single signon authentication; developing custom identity proofing solutions using thirdparty identity providers, including Experian; developing custom identity lifecycle management workflows with integration with leading HR solutions like Infor HR, WorkDay and Microsoft Active Directory; developing code utilizing programming languages such as SQL, Java, and J2EE; developing enterprise locking mechanisms with fraud lock capability, auditing capabilities, and reporting features; and performing application vulnerability scanning utilizing Microfocus Webinspect and Microfocus Static Code Analyzer and mitigating the identified vulnerabilities in the application. Experience must include two years of leading teams of security and audit professionals in the delivery of client projects and delegating and reviewing their work on daytoday basis; and leading teams with multiple work streams through the full life cycle of an engagement including managing project financials, risks and issues and client communications. Position requires 80 travel.
