Specific Skills

The two 2 years of experience must include experience with the following 1 2D and 3D Software, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3d Studio MAX, Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Enscape; 2 Computational design, using scripting language, visual programming and data science tools to conduct parametric form finding, modeling automation and performance analysis; 3 Conceptual design of architectural projects through visioning session, iteration and visualization; 4 Schematic design of large, complex, highrise and mixeduse architectural buildings on multiple projects; 5 Producing high quality renderings, site plans, sections, elevations and construction details for building projects; 6 Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams including external consultants and internal design teams; 7 Preparing construction documents by applying knowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirements; 8 Participating in all aspects of construction documentation in Revit; 9 Participating and leading construction administration; AND 10 Conducting Design Technology research and undertaking workflow innovation; or providing. new services with the help of computer programming or readytouse technologies. Must have a degree accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board NAAB. Incidental telecommuting may be permitted. All experience may be acquired concurrently.
