Alternatively, Masters degree in one of the above fields plus three 3 years of experience performing Chemical Mechanical Planarization CMP related semiconductor fabrication in integrated circuit manufacturing. Alternatively, PhD degree in one of the above fields plus one 1 year of experience performing Chemical Mechanical Planarization CMP related semiconductor fabrication in integrated circuit manufacturing. Specific skillsother requirements Must also possess the following quantitative experience not applicable to this section 1 Demonstrated expertise DE knowledge on at least one CMP application utilizing CMP process to achieve planarization on the target material or structure; 2 DE operating a CMP tool in semiconductor wafer fab on advanced technology node; 3 Demonstrated expertise DE analyzing CMP processes and impact of CMP consumables, including slurry, pads and conditioning disk, to CMP performance; 4 DE working on complex projects in a team environment and leading development of engineering solutions; 5 DE utilizing design of experiments DOE methodology to solve engineering problems; and 6 DE conducting statistical data analysis and visualization by statistical software, such as JMP or Minitab.
