Bachelors degree in Medical Technology or related, and knowledge of the following ABORH Typing, Antibody Screening, Dat Workup, Rhogam Workup, Antigen Typing, and Crossmatching Both immediate spin and AHG; Laboratory Information System; processing specimens; high complexity testing and standard testing in bacteriology, myobacteriology, mycology and immunoassays; performing quality control for each test performed and how to troubleshoot when quality control fails; standardized qualitative and quantitative evaluation of formed elements of blood, body fluids, and urine through automated and manual methods.
