Mr. Carlos Escobar received a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering in 1990 from University of Valle in Columbia. This degree has been evaluated to be the equivalent to a US Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, which is substantially similar to the required degree field for this role.
