Candidate must also have one 1 year of related work experience involving each of the followingbr br Performing assessments of existing information systems and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, utilizing Jira for bug tracking and LoadRunner for Performance Testing;br Creating test cases and performing Performance Testing for software implementations, utilizing LoadRunner and Jira on Java applications and performing test estimation, test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting as well as coordinating testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing, including Unit Testing, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing UAT and Automation Testing;br Testing subcomponents of larger application systems, integrating the applications with each other and continuously optimizing the system structure to improve stability and performance, utilizing HP SiteScope for monitoring and Agile;br Researching user reported issues, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams;br Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing LoadRunner and Jira and developing automation test scripts using LoadRunner for end to end validation of user interfaces of application response time and functional validation;br Tracking system defects using Jira, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details and assisting with strategizing and facilitating Performance Testing phases;br Assisting in designing test plans and drafts and executing test cases using Jira and MS Excel; andbr Performing LoadRunner Controller and Jira administration, configuring and customizing tasks to understand the technical requirements and validate the overall functionality as an integrated system and writing LoadRunner scripts and SQL queries of moderate to high complexity.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.br br 15 Travel required nationally.br Telecommuting permitted.
