Education and Experience Requirements This position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Economics or Mathematics, plus 5 years of work experience with fundamental analysis in Regulated Infrastructure Assets, specifically in AsiaChina.br br Special Skills Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with 1 Investments and asset pricing in the regulated infrastructure sector in Asia in order to make timely and well researched investment recommendations to cross functional business units; 2 Infrastructure assets companies in Asia in sub sectors which include; Airports, Toll Roads, Rail Transport Companies, Ports, Regulated Utilities Water, Power and Gas, Gas Distribution Companies, Renewable Energy and Telecommunication Infrastructure companies; 3 Regulatory analysis in Asia in order to understand assets companies and in order to model the long term cash flows generated by these assets companies for investment recommendations in this sector; 4 Long term discounted cash flow methodology in order to price assets companies at an enterprise level and equity level; 5 Valuing listed equity instruments of companies and value fixed income and hybrid listed instruments within the capital structure; 6 Valuation techniques, including DCF to the enterprise value and to the equity, internal rate of return methodology on an unlevered and post leverage basis and scenario sensitivity analysis; 7 Valuation techniques investment and noninvestment corporate fixed income instruments, derivative scenario analysis; and 8 Valuing perpetuity going concern assets on a constant and dynamic capital structure basis and valuing finite concession assets.
