Evaluating workflows with crossfunctional Software Development and Engineering teams when required, and recommending solutions to meet the requirements of a given technical project using Elastic Search, Splunk and Kibana ELK to diagnose technical errors and get low level insights into Front End and Back End services to ensure correct working of a Product or feature.br 15. Conducting performance tuning as required on design mappings, workflows, or SQL Structured Query Language and writing efficient SQL scripts to query structured Oracle and MySQL databases and unstructured Hadoop and Cloudera databases, store results in Database Views and export in CSV files.br 16. Performing analyses on functional specifications, use cases and usability scenarios, as well as Return on Investment and creating requirements and Key Performance Indicators KPIs for new features and enhancing existing features on the website and present to stakeholders.br 17. Researching and recommending technical best practices based on competitive analysis conducted for website development projects, providing expertise in Product Management by bringing new features and functionality to the company website by enhancing existing features set and collecting and analyzing Data specific to customer journey on the website.br 18. Measuring, monitoring and documenting project performance and providing the organization with postlaunch results analyses and creating dashboards and reports in Data visualization tools including Tableau to provide visibility to stakeholders into product performance.br 19. Partnering with downstream teams to develop design and testing requirements on projects related to the companys Order Management Systems, Product Information Management tools and other backend systems.br 20.
