Minimum requirements are Masters degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematical Finance, or related quantitative field; and 4 years of handson modeling experience in financial services industry.br br Must have Proven knowledge of foreign exchange and interest rate derivatives including indepth knowledge of forwards, swaps, NDFs and options; demonstrated experience in curve building and risk modelling; proven ability to take model ownership and improve on existing risk models VaR, sensitivities, PFE, backtesting; proven ability to develop prototypes using Python, VBA, SQL, and Bloomberg; proven ability to identify problems and limitations, propose solutions and proactively address these directly; proven ability to communicate and write clear and precise technical documentation; demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills; proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively; provenbr ability to cooperate with others and foster an environment that supports effective teamwork; proven ability to promote and support a culture of effective challenge and risk excellence; demonstrated experience with conflict resolution as appropriate with others in a matrix organization; and proven ability to maintain the highest standards of conduct and integrity and ensure compliance with accepted industry practice, company policies, statute and regulatory requirements.
