Requires a minimum a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Technology Management, or related field. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Must have 3 years of experience in job offered or related position. Must have 3 years of experience with the following Knowledge of database structures, principles, and practices including cloud applications and infrastructure; designing, building, installing, configuring, upgrade, tuning, supporting, and troubleshooting database servers, including Microsoft Clustered SQL Servers and Oracle Real Application Clusters; knowledge of business intelligence principles, data extraction, and high availability, with ability to research into database issues, standards, and products; experience in MICROSOFT cluster SQL server, Oracle Real Application Cluster, Oracle Data Guard, and RMAN; knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws, including PCI compliance; proficiencies in service requests, incident and problem managing ITIL, with skills in change and maintenance execution processes; proficiencies with using and managing windows and UNIX operating systems, including knowledge of Active Directory, Network, and Firewall principles; assessing the impact of issues to appropriately escalate; clearly documenting issues and communicating topics with associated stakeholders; and knowledge of functionalbr business requests and translating them into technical requirements.br br br Less than 25 domestic and less than 25 international travel required. This position commutes between stores, regional offices, andor distribution centers less than 25 of the time.
