Requires five 5 years of progressively responsible machine maintenance experience including planning or preventative and predictive maintenance activities. Requires three 3 years of experience with the following management of a technical team to provide timely and effective troubleshooting and technical support during machine breakdowns; machine and maintenance process improvement; writing technical standards, reports and procedures; two 2 years experience in maintenance budget planning and forecasting; manufacturing including fabrication, processing or preparation of end products or semifinished products from raw materials; preparing major annual maintenance shutdowns including scheduling, coordinating and managing maintenance resources and contractors during shutdown; reliability engineering including maintenance plan development and optimization, Root Cause Analyses RCA, 5Why techniques and Failure Mode Effect Analyses FMEA; working with SAP PM workflow management; using Lock Out Tag Out LOTO including the implementation, improvement and development of LOTO procedures and conducting LOTO trainings; working in a position where liability towards health and safety of employees was required through supervising machinery and making sure machines are safe to operate through proper installation and maintenance; one 1 year with tire manufacturing technology with tire building process focus; working with SAP MM material and spare parts management; and networking with international colleagues within the same organization to support projects and communicating regarding technical support for machines and systems. Must work MF, 40 hours per week plus additional hours up to 50 per week as needed. Requires work on weekends as needed.
