The case number of the previous application is A2002711589. The application in Case No. A2002711589 was subjected to an audit, including on the issue of business necessity for the experience requirement of 7 years. The Certifying Officer accepted the employers response to the audit, including the documentation of the recruitment steps and the business necessity documentation submitted by the employer confirming that the need for 7 years of experience was justified by business necessity and was also normal to the occupation, based on job advertisements posted by a range of other employers seeking 715 years of experience for similar roles, and the employers long history of hiring SAP professionals with similar amounts of experience. The case was denied, however, DUE SOLELY TO THE ATTORNEYS TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR in entering the Offered wage figure in Section G on Form ETA9089.br br The employer fully recognizes that the PERM process is a very exacting process, and that typographical errors of this sort are not excused. At the same time, since the application for this exact same position has already survived a business necessity audit for the requirement of 7 years of experience, the employer respectfully requests referral to the employers previous submission in order to certify the case without a second audit on this same issue.
