Prior experience must also include 6 years in the following working with ingredients and perfumery formulation; managing a portfolio of fragrance themes and perfumes; demonstrating the ability to leverage own fragrance portfolio into other categories beyond alcoholic solutions; working with Systems, Processes, Regulatory and Product Safety RAPS, pricing, and legislative framework; working in project priority setting and time and resource management; cultivating and leveraging customer relationships in the fragrance industry; working collaboratively with clients in the creation process Perfumer to Perfumer; working with consumer marketing insights; working with market research methodologies and techniques in areas of specialization including patented molecules, patented technologies, and regulatory norms; working with financial targets and applying them to the fragrance design process to drive win rate and profitability; and securing fragrance formulations that have launched into global fragrance market. Telework permitted up to one day per week.
