Both vessels are used extensively to entertain business associates including; lenders, investors, and partners. These associates are essential to the operation of my business. Often, I must take these tender guests out to the VS by the TomTom. Consequently, the operator of the TomTom is also an essential member of the team that operates these vessels. Both vessels are docked in S. Florida during the late fallwinterearly spring, where we take regular trips to the Bahamas, the Keys and other relatively close destinations. During the summer months both vessels are transported north to New York City, where we are docked for 3 months. While north we also travel from NYC to Long Island and up to Cape Cod. This itinerary requires a fulltime captain, first mate, and tender operator. I have had the same Captain since I bought the boat, and now need a boattender operator who can handle the TomTom. That position requires a fair amount of travel and Ive had a difficult time filling the position.
