The employer will accept a Masters degree and five 5 years of experience in lieu of the Bachelors degree and seven 7 years of experience.br br This position requires experience with the following skills European bank client base and bank regulatory landscape, such as TLAC, MREL, Basel III, bailin, PONV, or bank capital grandfathering regimes; Bank bond terms conditions, such as AT1 structures with writedown or conversion, Tier 2 structures such as callables and bullets, and differences between Senior nonpreferred vs. Senior preferred; US bank regulatory developments and stress tests; International debt market knowledge, including domestic Kangaroo bond market in Australia, domestic Formosa bond market in Taiwan, and domestic Global YenSamurai bond market in Japan; Credit rating agency methodologies and rating approaches across the capital structure; European Central Banks Asset Purchase Program and their eligibility criteria for Euro bond issuances from USdomiciled corporates; using Bloomberg terminal; ESG bond product knowledge, such as green bonds and sustainabilitylinked bonds; institutional investor bases across the global debt markets; SOFR and SONIA technical developments and liability management implications; and legal and diligence comfort package as part of bond underwriting procedures, such as DD, comfort letters, 10b5s and MIFID 2 disclosure.
