Job requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or performing engineering project management in a production environment.br All stated experience must include the following total productive maintenance TPM, or similar implementation including Early Management EM pillar steps 1 through 4; applying lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies; leading crossfunctional project groups in organizationwide change initiatives; participating in operational master planning and operational performance reviews; planning and executing manufacturing capital expenditure capex investment projects including preparing investment budgets, cost estimates and financial analyses; utilizing and training others in early management tools and methodologies including induced failure testing, factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing, value stream engineering design, project defect analysis, risk analysis, overall equipment efficiency and target setting allocation; and developing engineering designs for new technology or process startup projects within a food processing plant in compliance with food safety standards, lean design methodologies, hygienic engineering principles and local regulatory requirements.br Experience may be gained concurrently. Must be able to travel domestically approximately 50 of working time.
