Masters degree in Civil Engineering plus 3 years of related experience. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering plus 4 years of related experience. PE in the State of Kansas required. Related experience must include Site layout, Grading design, and Utility layout; Working with local, state, and federal regulations; Preparing comprehensive reports; Use of traffic signal timing and simulation software SYNCHRO; AutoTurn; Use of roadway design software such as GEOPAK; and Corridor modelling in MicroStation.
