Experience must include three years of installing and configuring Tableau and SAP Business Objects applications; defining and administrating the change management process for promoting objects through migration landscape and assessing security and availability capacity management; scheduling and performing software installations and upgrades to platforms in accordance with established IT policies and procedures, and conducting analyses and recommendations for new releasesupgrades; developing audit reports for applications, managing licenses for Tableau Desktop, and establishing new projects for Tableau and BOE; developing and writing technical documentation, and creating documentation for project administration and developer usage; planning, designing, and deploying business objects on cluster environments, and monitoring UNIX and Windows Servers for use by support team applications; performing all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle SDLC, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, system information, performance tuning, and testing and support; designing a Disaster Recovery plan based on business requirements; utilizing VB Macros SDK to extract data from CMS; and working with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot database connectivity, user access, schedule issues and system performance tuning.
