Since the necessity, the company has had problems in forming an appropriate team, many of the reasons due to low professional preparation. This issue has had the following consequences, among othersbr br Lack of communication between suppliers and deliveries for materialbr Significant error in our inventory and material controlbr Lack of preparation for schedules and meeting and presentation with engineering Department and sales teambr Delays on preparations for material to comply with delivery order for customers.br Necessity of comply with laws and regulation and ISO requirements.br Necessity of polices procedures warehouse updated.br Necessity to resolve arising problems or complaints.br Necessity to work some weekends or overtime when needed.br br The information requirements above mentioned is overly sensitive to the purposes of the operation, in this regard is require than the team of the company is well prepared, with solid knowledgeable and with ability to responds with correct decision and professional criteria in order to achieve accurate records, with the ability to handle easily and quickly the administrative main software.
