Fluency in Japanese is required.br br 95 of Renaissance Resources Inc.s clients consist of Japanese companies in various industries with offices around the globe who require our assistance in recruiting Japanesespeaking employees. Human Resources HR managers and executives who make the hiring decisions for our client companies are almost all in the U.S. only temporarily serving in these HR positions as they are Japanese nationals expatriated from Japan with limited English ability. Our Bilingual Recruiter must thus liaise in Japanese with such Japanese expatriate, HR managers of our Japanese corporate clients in order accurately identify their hiring needs, gather comprehensive information for job opportunities at the company and discuss potential candidates for open positions, as well as discuss any potential issues in their human resources management. Our Bilingual Recruiter must also interview candidates in Japanese in order to assess the job applicants Japanese language skills since most if not all of our corporate clients require Japanesespeaking employees. In other words, a Bilingual Recruiter who cannot read and write and communicate in fluent Japanese would not be able to effectively provide our companys services to our clients. Therefore, business necessity of the Japanese language is clearly evident here.
