Must be licensed to practice in the United States and eligible to practice in the District of Columbia. Must have prior experience with each of the following researching and analyzing international trade agreements and disputes; working onsite in a corporate clients inhouse litigation department; taking and defending fact witness depositions and taking expert witness depositions; and, arguing dispositive motions in court.
