Background in education, training, or experience must include demonstrated understanding of CAPEX, MRO Maintenance, Repair, and Operating Supplies, services sourcing, and materials procurement for production plants and procurement regions; experience with maintaining strategic contracts for multiple upstream and downstream operations; experience in leadership of procurement projects and initiatives; experience executing and implementing new sourcing strategy through collaboration among internal areas and customer suppliers; knowledge of spare parts MRO spending and experience achieving finance targets and finding new alternatives for single sourcing; experience with strategic negotiations for capital equipment and hard integration and synergy with affiliate operations; knowledge of sourcing matrices and creation of short and longterm strategy for cost reduction through best sourcing options.
