Bachelors degree U.S. or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance, Accounting or relevant quantitative field such as Chemical Engineering. Two 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related investment banking role. Prior experience must include two 2 years with communicating with internal and external stakeholders and developing client relationships within the healthcare sector; building and reviewing financial models including operating models, MA, DCF and LBO valuations and models; assessing financial statements and regulatory disclosures attesting to the fairness of presentation of the financial statements and related disclosures; developing complex presentations and financial models using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint; working on teams providing financial advice to Healthcare companies on MA transactions, capital raising, and other complex financial transactions in excess of 250 million in deal value; working with financial data providers including Capital IQ, Thompson Eikon, Bloomberg, Moodys, Microsoft Office and other software programs; and performing due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions. Must have or be able to obtain FINRA Series 79 within six 6 months of joining. Travel required 1015 of the time to interact with clients and their investors.
