Specific Skills

The three 3 years of experience in Section H must be related experience. Must also have 3 years of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 software development using an objectoriented programming language Java, C, or C#; 2 implementation of largescale, high performance web applications based on a serviceoriented architecture SOA using the following technologies HTTP, REST, JSON, and XML; 3 using both Java and J2EE JEE technologies; 4 web application security, including application of authentication and authorization principles; 5 accessing a relational database such as Oracle using both SQL and JDBC queries; 6 measuring and tuning performance and scalability of Java applications using diagnostic tools and performance optimization techniques such as caching, resource pooling, multithreading, asynchronous queueing andor load balancing; 7 with an agile development methodology; 8 experience with each of the following system build process using Maven or equivalent tool; continuous integration using Jenkins or equivalent tool; and automated testing using Junit; 9 experience working on Unix platform and writing shell scripts.
