Five 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include five 5 years of work experience with creating and utilizing tools for business process modeling to establish clear project governance such as Microsoft Visio andor RACI; creating and reviewing software mocks and prototypes using tools such as Microsoft Paint, Axure or Figma; creating strategic product vision and roadmap, product road mapping and user requirement elicitation, analysis and documentation using best in class product management practices and tracking using JIRA; being able to effectively communicate complex product strategy, metrics, vision etc. to senior management that includes both technical and nontechnical audiences. This requires extensive knowledge and utilization of Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio to create dashboards, and presentations; identifying and creating key performance indicators projected returns on investments, costs associated with new product features, and user adoption.; managing other individual team members; incubating, building and launching large scale financial services digital products to a large set of internal Financial advisors, bank sales and servicing teams and external consumers; engaging senior leadership, building and demonstrating product vision and influencing strategic business and product investment decisions; conducting negotiations and proactively identifying program tradeoffs and influencing cross functional internal teams and external vendors to drive program delivery in a timely, cost efficient manner; and experience managing multiple external vendors including FinancialTech and InsuranceTech providers.br br Domestic travel required up to 20 of the time to other corporate and field offices.br br H.4A. and H.4B. continued Minimum Education Required Bachelors degree U.S. for foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics or a related field. Both schools are in India. Taken together the Bachelors degree and the completion of the post graduate program are the equivalent of a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing from an accredited U.S. college or university.
