Prior work experience must include four 4 years with working in crossselling broader capital structure products including Credit, FX, Rates, and Mortgages; reviewing and analyzing information including financial market updates and preparing summaries of research reports for distribution to clients and stakeholders; utilizing knowledge of equity market structure and available execution methods including electronic trading, high tough trading, and block liquidity; navigating industrywide systems, including Bloomberg, Excel, Alpha Capture, MARQUEE, ClientHub and Factset to keep up with markets, communicate with clients, analyze companies, and generate ideas; applying Equity Capital Markets terminologies and process, specifically in relation to Initial Public Offerings, Secondary public offerings, block transactions, and alternative investments including SPACs and PIPEs; utilizing valuation metrics to generate ideas and discuss and market Initial Public Offerings; performing financial modelling to analyze companies coming to market and idea generation; analyzing equity market liquidity dynamics and providing solutions to clients portfolio liquidity issues; and building relationships and tailoring ideas to a broad institutional client base. Prior work experience must include three 3 years with using Relative Value terminology and market dynamics to educate clients on deal transactions happening in the marketplace; and working in a Senior Sales or CoLead Coverage role with institutional clients across Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, and Family Offices. FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required. Travel is required to visit our clients nationwide.
