Experience may be gained concurrently. Education or experience must includebr 1 Scientific and medical experience within the malignant hematology disease area, including experience with hematology products and those products used to treat patients with myeloid malignancies, including AML and MDS;br 2 Experience leading highly matrixed, crossfunctional teams comprised of highlevel managers and executives;br 3 Experience working within Medical Affairs at a Pharmaceutical company at a country and regional, or global level;br 4 Experience with clinical trial study methodology, study data review, and, scientific analysis of data from clinical studies;br 5 Experience with clinical study execution, developing lifecycle management strategies supporting a pharmaceutical product, and, the ability to determine and assess benefit risk of pharmaceutical products;br 6 Experience managing and resolving scientific, medical, or, technical issues within the hematology therapeutic area within a crossfunctional pharmaceutical team;br 7 Experience speaking externally, including the press and other media outlets, and acting as a medical spokesperson for external audiences medical community, payer audience, and lay audience representing the company;br 8 Experience developing and managing strategic relationships with medical experts and medical opinion leaders;br 9 Experience with published scientific articles in medical journals with specific experience publishing in myeloid malignancy area;br 10 Experience supporting the launch of a pharmaceutical product in the oncology or malignant hematology disease area;br 11 Experience with the support and development of medical education in the oncology or malignant hematology area; and,br 12 Experience building medical affairs business plans for support of medical affairs strategies and tactics to support a Pharmaceutical product in oncology or malignant hematology.br Some travel minimum of 30 may be required to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States and internationally. May telecommute from home.
