The position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering or related field and six 6 years of experience as industrial engineer, manufacturing engineer, process engineer or related engineering occupation.br The position also requires experience with the following skills Six 6 years of experience with plant operations, including execution of safety, quality, delivery, and cost strategies; Five 5 years of experience with project management, including development and implementation of project plans, capital investment and payback calculations, contractor coordination, and plant startups; Five 5 years of experience with continuous improvement methodologies, including Kaizen, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, lean manufacturing, and standardized work; Three 3 years of experience with new product integration, including process development, statistical process control, product verification, and providing SOP standard operating procedure process training; Three 3 years of experience working with cross functional teams, including manufacturing engineers, technicians, support personnel, suppliers, and executives, on new product development projects.br br Up to 15 of national travel is required.
