Requires a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or coordinating product development, manufacturing and sales for alternators and their related components. In lieu of a Masters degree in stated field and 2 years of experience as stated, will accept a Bachelors degree in stated field and 5 years of postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or coordinating product development, manufacturing and sales for alternators and alternator components. Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following endtoend product management for an alternators product line across multiple functional areas, including coordinating customer relations, product pricing, engineering applications, engineering documentation review, and marketing; developing custom alternators product solutions for clientspecific product application needs and local market requirements, including applying New Product Introduction NPI methodology; supporting end users on alternator product installations and troubleshooting technical issues; creating and implementing business development strategies and plans to meet alternator product sales targets; applying technical knowledge of alternator manufacturing processes, voltage regulators, brushless excitation systems and Genset operation power ratings; performing sales forecasting and monitoring product costs to inform production plans; and communicating complex technical concepts with nontechnical audiences, including transferring knowledge of basic technical and commercial aspects of alternator products to sales teams. Experience may be gained concurrently. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally approximately 3040 of working time. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training andor experience which would qualify an applicant for this position.
