Position requires four years of experience supporting quality control operations of largescale multimillion dollar commercial or industrial construction projects performing the following Utilizing the Building Information Modeling BIM quality control program objects to ensure continuous construction consistent with established standards; Analyzing 3D Models in order to check integrity, quality and physical safety of construction designs and construction codes; Training and supervising the work of subcontractors and subordinates through the ProjectSight and Bluebeam platforms; Developing quality control processes and specifications during the preconstruction process, and preparing internal construction inspection plans including a checklist of inspection points of construction and installation; and inspecting all phases of construction and installation for compliance with drawings, specifications, and acceptable safe operating, installation and construction practices including inspecting and testing mockups and performing routine workinplace inspections. Must be willing to relocate to unanticipated client construction sites anywhere in the U.S. every 9 to 24 months.
